Quality Chemist

_**Key Responsibilities**:_
- Maintain meticulous records of quality checks, encompassing weight, size, and other relevant parameters.
- Develop, update, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to standardize quality control processes
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for all team members.
- Ensure a safe work environment by meticulously following established safety guidelines and regulations.
- Cracks, Corner damage, thermal crack to be avoided as nil, Collapse should not be appeared (because of process)
- Supervise punctuality and attendance of the Quality Department personnel, fostering a culture committed to quality.
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of incoming raw materials, dry blocks, and finished goods to uphold stringent quality standards.
- Verify block sizes, appearance, and branding compliance at various production stages.
- Oversee both quality control and quality assurance functions, aligning them with IS standards to ensure compliance throughout the manufacturing process.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
