**About the Company**

DecorTwist is looking for an Ecommerce Merchandiser for developing and managing its product portfolio to meet the diverse inventory needs. Responsible for E-com merchandising to enhance the E-com sales, this will include:
**JOB DESCRIPTION**

1- To follow E-com sales - stock, and intake plans and projections for the stock, taking into account historical performance future trends, prevailing market trends and to structure the order to buy the required level of inventory profitability at minimum risk.
2- To involve in all activities from design briefing to dispatch of the product
3- To check the product for the correctness and finish before dispatch at the supply chain department.
4- Responsible to maintain standard stock based on the sales data and feedback.
5- To ensure the availability of the stock throughout the year.
6- Coordinating with vendors for replenishment of products in the required category, design, weight, & material
7- To participate in events, sales, and B2B promotion.
8- To ensure that the SKU stock of each category matches its selling ratio and size balancing takes place for repeat orders and flow lines.
9- To analyze the stock and the sales data to obtain the inventory & plan stock clearance sales on the website
10- To work on sourcing new merchandising ongoing basis
11- To assist the Head merchandiser in the preparation of all performance analyses.

**ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA**

1-3 years of experience working with an eCommerce brand will be preferred
Graduate with Good Communication (written & spoken), Negotiation & Follow-up Skills.
Have a good understanding of materials & processes of manufacturing home decor items.
Will be responsible for all aspects related to Order management, Costing, Production, Quality & Sourcing.
Coordinate with suppliers/production team for planning and timely execution of orders and samples.
Good computer skills (MS, Photoshop etc.) for making cost sheets and product presentations.
