**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to generate sales/leads or provide customer support by calling current or potential customers. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services or resolve issues.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to customers and prospects.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Maintain records of calls and sales.
- Follow up with customers for feedback or additional support.
- Explain products or services clearly and convincingly.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in [English/Hindi/Other regional language].
- Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure.
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support is a plus.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
