**Job Title : Graphic Designer : Visual Storyteller & Creative Thinker**

**Location: Delhi or remote**

**Job Type: Full-Time**

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design compelling graphics for digital platforms (social media, website banners, presentations) and print (brochures, packaging, posters).
- Create and maintain brand assets including templates, icons, and visual guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to produce high-impact visuals aligned with brand strategy.
- Bring fresh, original ideas to visual campaigns while maintaining consistency with brand identity.
- Develop mood boards, design concepts, and story-driven visuals for launches, events, and key campaigns.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with high attention to detail.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative design work across media.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Canva or Figma is a plus.
- Excellent eye for typography, color, layout, and composition.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present and explain design ideas effectively.
- ⁠Ability to take feedback constructively and improve on it quickly.

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Passion for wellness, sustainability, or lifestyle design.
- A flair for mínimalistic, modern, or emotionally resonant visual styles.
- Motion graphics or basic video editing skills (a plus).
- Self-driven, organized, and excited by a fast-paced, creative environment.

**Working Days**: 5.5 days, with 2 alternate Saturday offs
**Timings**: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
