**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Executive to join our team. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote the company’s products/services. This position involves creating and managing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, collaborating with different departments, and ensuring that our brand is effectively represented in all marketing channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Management**: Assist in planning, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns (digital, print, and social media).
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research and analyze trends, competitors, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
- **Branding**: Ensure that all marketing materials align with the company’s branding guidelines.
- **Event Planning**: Support the planning and execution of promotional events, trade shows, and webinars.
- **Collaborate with Sales**: Work closely with the sales team to develop lead generation strategies and support sales activities.
- **Reporting and Analytics**: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, including key metrics like engagement, leads, and ROI.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in a marketing role (2-3 years preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office.
- Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for marketing trends.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹14,086.00 - ₹18,305.78 per month
