As a Private Equity Associate, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive analysis of market trends and identifying the most lucrative investment opportunities on behalf of our clients. By leveraging your expertise in market research and financial analysis, you will provide valuable guidance to clients, enabling them to make informed investment decisions and achieve maximum returns. **Key Deliverables**:

- Perform all aspects of new investment/M&A sourcing, due diligence, advise on deal structuring, modeling, participate/present in investment committee meetings, deal execution and company reporting.
- Leverage the firm’s networks to identify and source attractive opportunities and work in a team environment to select portfolio company investments,
- Participate as a value-added member of portfolio company board(s) of directors and work with portfolio company management teams to deliver growth and value.
- Mentor/coach the firm’s Associates and other junior professionals to cultivate their skill sets, technical abilities, investment acumen and firm contributions.
- Conduct themselves in all areas with the highest levels of personal integrity, ethics, and intellectual honesty.
- Draft and present internal proposals for approval by our organization’s Investment Committee and Board
- Negotiate, structure, and complete fund documentation for clients
- Support fund raising activities for the fund as needed
- Serve on Advisory Boards of portfolio entities, as required
- Attend annual investor meetings for underlying funds
- Proven work experience as a Private Equity Associate or similar role
- Organizational skills to manage several accounts at once
- Ability to analyze lots of data to provide insights and directions to clients
- Relevant training and/or certifications as a Private Equity Associate
- Worked in AIF Schemes or REIT/InVIT structures is preferable

**Note**:

- Willingness to work long hours and weekends as and when required
- Has extensive traveling between Mumbai and Bangalore
