**Job Brief**

Our facility is currently hiring a licensed marriage and family therapist to join our team. We are looking for someone who has a client-focused approach to the treatment of families and couples in committed relationships. If you are skilled and experienced in helping Couples work together to overcome serious problems and communicate better, this may be the right place for you.

**About The Marriage Fit**

The Marriage Fit is the Bangalore-based Psychological clinic and counselling centre for Relationship guidance. We focus exclusively on relationship problems in marriage, Family and Individual also we do counselling for Mental Health, reaching hundreds of couples and individuals on a daily basis.

**Job Responsibilities-**
- Assisting clients with their processing of grief and other variations of negative effects.
- Treats psychological disorders to effect improved adjustments utilising various psychological techniques; selects appropriate treatment approach and plans frequency, intensity, and duration of individual, group, and family therapies.
- Assesses patient progress and modifies treatment programs accordingly; communicates with and counsels family members as appropriate.
- Encourage clients to discuss their emotions and experiences
- Help clients process their reactions and adjust to difficult changes in their life, such as divorce and layoffs
- Guide clients through the process of making decisions about their future
- Help clients develop strategies and skills to change their behaviour and to cope with difficult situations
- Measuring the effectiveness of interventions and implementing changes where required.
- Participates in educational programs, in-service meetings, clinician meetings, and workshops to enhance professional development and maintain currency of methodology and techniques.
- Complete and maintain confidential files and mandated records

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
