We are looking for Rebar detailing trainer Part -time role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop training materials, including presentations, exercises, and handouts, to facilitate effective learning experiences.
- Conduct training sessions on rebar detailing principles, practices, and software tools.
- Customize training content to meet the specific needs and skill levels of participants.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical exercises to reinforce learning objectives.
- Offer guidance and support to trainees, addressing questions, clarifying concepts, and providing constructive feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in rebar detailing software, and best practices to enhance training curriculum.
- Collaborate with the training coordinator or manager to schedule sessions and coordinate logistics.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions through participant feedback, assessments, and performance evaluations.
- Continuously improve training materials and methodologies based on feedback and evolving industry standards.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and uphold the organization's standards of excellence in all training activities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in rebar detailing with a minimum of [insert number] years of relevant industry experience.
- Proficiency in rebar detailing software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Tekla Structures, or similar tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Previous experience in training or teaching is highly desirable.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to accommodate varying schedules and availability for part-time training sessions.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
