**Job description**
- First point of contact for inbound and outbound calls.
- Promote and Sell company products by demonstrating the technical functions of the product as well as its uses and benefits.
- Maintaining regular follow ups with prospective learners.
- Actively seek out new opportunities through calling from new leads.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections in order to generate sales revenue.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Details pertaining to lead discussions conversion should be updated real time on CRM software
- Maintain effective communication till the time learner is on-boarded.
- Should have 1 year experience in sales
- Ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Good English communication skill
- Confident self-target oriented
- Convincing Skill
