Personal Chauffeur

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Chauffeur Duties**
- Provide safe, punctual, and professional chauffeur services.
- Ensure comfort, discretion, and courtesy while transporting passengers.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the assigned vehicle at all times.
- Manage daily routes, schedules, and adjustments to optimize travel efficiency.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.

**Office & Facilities Support (80%)**
- Assist in daily office administration tasks, including handling correspondence, and receiving guests.
- Monitor and manage office supplies; coordinate with vendors as needed.
- Support meetings and events, including room setup, refreshments, and light IT/logístical assistance.
- Coordinate minor facilities tasks such as repair requests, vendor visits, and upkeep of common areas.
- Act as a liaison with external service providers (couriers, contractors, facility maintenance teams).
- Assist leadership and staff with ad-hoc office and facility-related requests.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent; training in office administration or facility management preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- 10+ years of experience as a professional driver, chauffeur, or in a combined office/driver support role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong sense of discretion and professionalism.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

**Working Conditions**
- Chauffeur duties are primarily local, with occasional out of town travel and schedule flexibility is required.
- Office work is performed in a professional, fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,359.83 - ₹20,340.20 per month
