Post Moulding Operation - Supervisor

Qualification - Diploma in Mechanical Engineering only ( do not send

Experience - 2 to 4 years in the Production Dept ( on rubber mould ), in

rubber moulding. 3 shifts duty is a must.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Responsible for the deflashing of all the moulded parts in

Cryogenic and AcTON Deflashing Machines.

2. Should interact with the Production and Quality teams to

improve the product quality and efficiency of dispatches.

3. Should also interact with the Vendors looking after the Post

Moulding Operations.

4. Must be able to lead a small team of temporary employees for

all the Postproduction activities.

5. Responsible for the Preventive Maintenance of all machines

used for deflashing activity such as Cryogenic & AcTON

Deflashing Machines and Grinders.

6. Will be responsible to maintain Machine Utilization Reports of

all the machines used in Postproduction activities.

7. Responsible to maintain all the records as per Standard.

**Salary**: ₹120,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
- Mould: 2 years (preferred)
