_**Position: Electrical Site Supervisor**_
- **Salary Range: ₹15,000 - ₹17,000 CTC (monthly)**_
- **Experience: Minimum 4 years**_
- **Location: Sheikhupura More, Patna**_
- **Qualification: ITI, Diploma, or any relevant qualification in Electrical Field**_
- **Work Mode: Field-based**_
- **Travel: Required for site visits and project supervision.**_

**Responsibilities**:

- _Material Management: Ensure timely procurement and management of materials required for electrical work at the site. _
- _Cable Laying: Supervise and manage the process of laying electrical cables safely and efficiently as per project requirements._
- _Poles Installation: Oversee the installation of electrical poles, ensuring proper setup, alignment, and safety standards._
- _Substation Loading and Unloading: Responsible for the safe loading and unloading of equipment for substations. _
- _Wiring & Circuit Design: Assist in wiring and circuit design, ensuring proper connections, safety, and compliance with electrical standards. _
- _Site Supervision: Lead and supervise site workers and contractors, ensuring all work is completed as per specifications and safety regulations. _
- _Compliance & Safety: Ensure all electrical work complies with industry safety regulations and standards._
- _Reporting: Regularly report the progress of work, material status, and any issues to the higher management. _
- _Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Address any electrical faults or issues onsite and ensure the resolution of problems promptly._
- _Travel: Frequent travel to various project sites for supervision and coordination of electrical work._

**Desired Skills**:

- _Strong knowledge of electrical systems and construction site procedures._
- _Ability to manage resources, materials, and manpower efficiently. _
- _Familiarity with electrical safety standards and compliance._
- _Good communication and leadership skills for managing on-site teams. _
- _Problem-solving skills to quickly address technical issues on-site. _
- _Willingness and ability to travel to various project locations. _

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
