As an Accounts and Audit Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial statements, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You will work closely with the accounting and audit teams to manage financial reporting, conduct audits, and analyze financial data. You will also provide recommendations for improving financial processes and internal controls.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Identify and analyze financial discrepancies, variances, and irregularities.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to improve financial performance.
- Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Provide support to the management team in decision-making by providing financial analysis and recommendations.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, and provide regular financial reports to management.
- Participate in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in accounting and audit.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
