We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Web Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Web Designer, you will work on creating and maintaining visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites using HTML, CSS, and other design technologies. You will collaborate with senior designers and developers to implement web designs that align with our client’s goals and brand identity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in designing and developing responsive websites using HTML and CSS.
- Translate design mockups and wireframes into fully functional web pages.
- Collaborate with the senior design team to ensure web designs are aligned with brand guidelines and user experience principles.
- Maintain and update website content and layouts.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize pages for mobile and tablet devices.
- Conduct basic usability testing and suggest design improvements.
- Participate in design review meetings and receive constructive feedback to enhance design skills.
- Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving design-related issues on the website.
- Stay updated on the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and basic knowledge of web standards.
- Familiarity with responsive design techniques and frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure pixel-perfect designs.
- Basic understanding of design principles such as layout, typography, and color theory.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Pay: ₹8,974.94 - ₹15,000.00 per month
