**Job Title: MIS Executive**

**Location: Pitampura, Delhi**

**Working Days - Tuesday to Sunday (Monday fixed off)**

**Job Summary**:
The MIS Executive is responsible for managing and analysing data, preparing reports, automating processes, and ensuring the smooth operation of Management Information Systems (MIS) to support business decisions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Data Management & Reporting**:

- Collect, analyse, and interpret data from various sources.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
- Develop and maintain dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.

**2. System & Process Automation**:

- Automate data entry and report generation processes to improve efficiency.
- Maintain and update existing MIS systems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement using technology.

**3. Database Management**:

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in the system.
- Manage large datasets and perform data cleaning.
- Coordinate with IT teams for database management and troubleshooting.

**4. Business & Operational Support**:

- Provide analytical support to different departments for decision-making.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities.

**5. Compliance & Documentation**:

- Maintain documentation of processes, reports, and system changes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data security regulations.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP software and database management.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to handle large datasets with accuracy.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree (Any Field)
- 1 to 2 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or a similar role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:
