**Job Summary**:
The Cloud Infrastructure Engineer Team Lead will lead a team of cloud infrastructure engineers responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based systems and infrastructure. The Team Lead will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of cloud-based systems and infrastructure, as well as mentoring and guiding the team to develop their technical skills and knowledge.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of cloud infrastructure engineers in designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based systems and infrastructure
- Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of cloud-based systems and infrastructure
- Collaborate with other teams, such as software engineering, operations, and security, to design and implement cloud-based solutions that meet business needs
- Develop and implement best practices for cloud infrastructure design, management, and security
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to develop their technical skills and knowledge
- Manage team performance, set goals, and provide feedback to team members
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure the integration of cloud-based systems and infrastructure with existing IT systems
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in cloud infrastructure engineering

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a team lead or management role
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure design and architecture
- Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
- Experience with container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes or Docker Swarm
- Understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, TCP/IP, and firewalls
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- Cloud infrastructure certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Google Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud Architect
- Experience with DevOps methodologies and tools such as Jenkins, Git, or Chef
- Knowledge of security best practices for cloud-based systems and infrastructure
- Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
