We are seeking a highly skilled AEP Solution Architect with extensive experience in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT CDP), and related Adobe technologies. As an AEP Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions that leverage AEP capabilities to meet our clients' business objectives.
:

- Utilize strong knowledge of AEP, RT CDP, XDM (Experience Data Model), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), AEP APIs, AWS, and other relevant technologies to architect and implement solutions.
- Design and implement XDM schemas tailored to specific business requirements, ensuring efficient data capture, storage, and utilization.
- Configure and integrate data sources and destinations within the AEP ecosystem, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency.
- Develop audience segmentation strategies based on customer attributes, behaviors, and preferences.
- Build and maintain identity graphs to accurately map customer identities across channels and touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, developers, and business stakeholders, to deliver end-to-end AEP solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise to project teams and clients, ensuring best practices and optimal utilization of AEP capabilities.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and advancements in the field of customer experience management, AEP, and related technologies.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the AEP solution architecture practice.
:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on solution architecture, enterprise integration, and data management.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT CDP), and related Adobe technologies.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing XDM schemas, data sources, destinations, audience segmentation, identity graph, and profiling within AEP.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and their integration with Adobe technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, large-scale AEP projects from inception to completion.
- Adobe certification(s) in AEP or related technologies is a plus.
