Key Responsibilities:

- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying potential customers, generating leads, and reaching out to prospects.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong listening skills, and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve favorable terms for the company.
- Sales Process Knowledge: Understanding of the sales process, lead generation techniques, and customer relationship management software.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues, negotiate solutions, and close deals.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, track performance, and identify areas for improvement.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the industry and the company's products or services.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software.
- Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Educational Background:

- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant experience in sales, marketing, or customer service can be a substitute for formal education.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
