Key Responsibilities:

- **Assist with Fund Formation**: Help set up funds by preparing documents, structuring the fund, and ensuring all regulatory processes are followed.
- **Fund Administration**: Oversee tasks like managing capital drawdowns (money investments), preparing financial statements, and organizing fund audits.
- **Compliance**: Make sure the fund complies with regulations, both locally and internationally.
- **Collaborate with Clients**: Work closely with clients to improve their finance processes and offer valuable insights.

Key Qualifications:

- **Education**: You need to be a **Chartered Accountant (CA)**.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in fund administration, compliance, or related areas.
- **Skills**: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail. You don’t need to know about different fund structures worldwide but it’s a plus.

Work Environment:

- **WFH** with occasional visits to the office or client locations.
- Flexible working hours and exposure to diverse clients.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
