**Job Title**: CCTV Technician
**Location**: Kirti Nagar, New Delhi

**Salary Range**: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month

We are looking for a talented CCTV Technician to join our technical team. The role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining CCTV systems, ensuring high levels of security and system performance for our clients. As a CCTV Technician, you will be responsible for performing installations, troubleshooting issues, and providing excellent customer support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and set up CCTV systems including cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and other associated hardware.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CCTV systems, resolving any issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct site surveys to determine the appropriate placement of cameras and security devices.
- Test the functionality of CCTV systems and ensure they meet performance standards.
- Provide technical support to clients and train them on how to use and maintain their CCTV systems.
- Ensure all cables are properly connected and positioned for maximum effectiveness.
- Provide accurate documentation and reports of installations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Perform system upgrades and replacements as needed.
- Assist in the troubleshooting and repair of other security systems (e.g., alarms, access control).
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols during installations and repairs.
- Respond promptly to customer queries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, products, and technologies related to CCTV systems.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in CCTV systems, security systems, or a related technical field is a plus.
- Proven experience in CCTV installation and maintenance.
- Good understanding of CCTV systems, including both analog and IP-based cameras, DVRs, and NVRs.
- Basic knowledge of networking and IP configuration for security systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work at heights and in various environmental conditions for installations.
- Basic understanding of electrical wiring and circuit connection.
- A valid driver’s license may be required for travel to client sites.
