Following are the responsibilities:

- Back office Executive
Preparing marketing technical documents like, product brochures, catalogs, power point presentations, new letters, social media posts, videos etc.
Responding to online sales enquiries / leads.
Setting-up appointments for Sales Team for product presentations.
Lead Follow-ups.
Assist sales team in Bid preparation.
Prospects database preparation for prospects.
Collaborate and assist the sales team.
Supporting the Front Office staff.
Support with inventory management.
Plan staff meetings and schedule updates.
Process business invoices, bills and receipts.Aid in management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
