Your primary responsibility will be to review medical records and assign appropriate codes for diagnoses and procedures. You will work closely with healthcare providers to guarantee compliance with all coding guidelines and regulations.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Review and accurately code medical records using ICD-10 and CPT coding guidelines.**:

- **Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve coding discrepancies and ensure accurate documentation.**:

- **Stay updated with the latest coding and compliance regulations and guidelines.**:

- **Assist in data analysis and reporting as required.**:

- **Willing to work in night shift from our office at Elippode, Trivandrum**

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: Any bachelor’s degree. Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification is mandatory.**
**Experience**: 0 - 5 years of experience.**
**Technical Proficiency**: Proficiency in ICD-10 and CPT coding systems.**
**Communication**: Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).**
**Regulatory Compliance**: Thorough understanding of HIPAA rules and healthcare regulations.**
**Knowledge and Accuracy**: Strong grasp of medical terminology and high accuracy in coding practices.**
**Communication Skills**: Good English communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.**
**Work Location**: Must be willing to work in night shift from our office in Elippode, Trivandrum.
