Job Title: Tele caller (Freshers)

Location: Ghansoli

We are seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Tele callers. As a Tele caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers with the goal of promoting our products/services and generating leads. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to kick-start their career in the dynamic field of tele calling.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided script.
- Introduce and explain the company's products/services to potential clients.
- Generate and qualify leads through effective communication.
- Keep accurate records of conversations and customer details.
- Follow up on leads and ensure a high conversion rate.
- Provide information about products/services and answer any questions customers may have.
- Meet daily and weekly targets for calls and lead generation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to transfer qualified leads.

**Requirements**:

- Educational Qualification: Minimum of a high school diploma. (Any additional qualification is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Proactive and target-driven mindset.
