**Responsibilities**
- Conduct outbound calls to generate sales leads
- Explain products or services to potential customers
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
- Utilize sales scripts to provide accurate information to customers
- Update customer records in the company database

**Qualifications**
- Experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred
- Proficiency in outbound calling techniques
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to engage customers through warm calling techniques
- Knowledge of technical sales concepts is advantageous
