**Role and Responsibilities**
- Support the operations of the Mainframe CICS infrastructure
- Good knowledge on monitoring and administrative tools like Sysview or any other equivalent for support.
- Experience in upgrade of CICS TS from lower version to higher version.
- Knowledge on CICS Transaction Gateway and CICS webservices and CICSplex Operations
- Support and document DR processes.
- CICS SSL Setup Troubleshooting
- Experience in CICS Monitoring Tools - CA SYSVIEW / Omegamon / Mainview etc.

**Key skills Required**
- In-depth knowledge of CICS architecture, components, and functionalities.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of security concepts and best practices for mainframe systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹378,634.39 - ₹1,449,966.44 per year
