**About the Role:

**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as the **primary representative** of the Founder in meetings, events, and official gatherings.
- Manage and maintain the Founder’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Attend business meetings, conferences, and events alongside or on behalf of the Founder.
- Facilitate smooth communication between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting briefs.
- Ensure all engagements, appearances, and communications are handled with discretion and professionalism.
- Accompany the Founder on business travels when required.
- Oversee personal and administrative tasks as directed.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- **MBA or Master’s Degree** in Business Administration/Management (mandatory).
- Minimum **2 years of Experience**.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly **presentable, confident, and professional** demeanor.
- Proven ability to represent senior leadership with poise and credibility.
- Flexible to travel and manage a dynamic schedule.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong discretion in handling confidential matters.

**Preferred Attributes**
- Prior experience in a similar role with C-level executives.
- Strong networking abilities and polished social etiquette.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

**SALARY** - 15000 - 25000
