Job Title: Graphic Designer

Summary:
Roles and Responsibilities:

- Create visually appealing designs for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and website banners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts that effectively communicate our brand message and resonate with our target audience.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and maintain a high level of quality and creativity.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design to continuously improve the quality of our designs.
- Work closely with the printing team to ensure accurate and high-quality production of printed materials.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and make necessary revisions to designs.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
