**Responsibilities**:

- **Inspection and Testing**:

- Examining raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods for defects, deviations, and compliance with specifications.
- Performing various tests, such as sensory evaluations (taste, texture, and appearance), chemical analysis, and microbiological testing.
- **Documentation and Record Keeping**:

- Maintaining detailed records of inspections, test results, and any deviations or issues encountered.
- Ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation for traceability and quality control.
- **Quality Assurance and Improvement**:

- Identifying areas for process improvement and cost optimization.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as production and research & development, to maintain product quality.
- Implementing corrective actions for identified issues and customer complaints.
- **Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge**:

- Staying updated on food safety regulations and standards, such as HACCP, GMP, and FDA regulations.
- Ensuring that all products and processes comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
- **Environmental Monitoring**:

- Monitoring the production environment to prevent contamination and maintain hygiene.
- Ensuring adherence to safety protocols during inspections and production activities.
- **Supplier and Vendor Management**:

- Collaborating with suppliers and vendors to establish quality standards for incoming raw materials and ingredients.
- Evaluating and monitoring supplier performance.

**Criteria /Qualifications/Experience required**:

- Must have experience in Lab
- Min 2 year Experience
