- Lead and manage the production activities of the shift to meet production targets.

- Identify and troubleshoot production-related issues promptly.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) as necessary.
- **Coordination**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Warehouse, to ensure seamless operations.

**Skills and Attributes Required**:

- Strong knowledge of pellet and MUPS formulation processes.
- Proficient in GMP, regulatory guidelines, and documentation practices.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in handling production equipment and troubleshooting issues.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
