Sales Coordinator

**Position Summary**: The Sales Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the sales team by managing customer inquiries, coordinating orders, and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and clients. This individual will contribute to achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Order Management**:

- Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to track order progress and delivery schedules.
- **Customer Support**:

- Handle customer inquiries, providing detailed product information and addressing concerns promptly.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
- **Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations.
- Update and manage customer databases, sales reports, and CRM tools.
- **Market Coordination**:

- Coordinate with distributors, retailers, and other sales channels to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor market trends and provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Prepare sales documentation, including invoices, contracts, and agreements.
- Organize and maintain files related to sales activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales coordination or customer service role, preferably in the manufacturing or interior furnishing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of the furnishing or interior design industry.
- Familiarity with order processing systems and supply chain workflows.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
