Placement Officer

Please find below the detailed **Roles and Responsibilities**:
l Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, guardians, and employers.

l Coordinate with employers for tie-ups and assist students with career guidance and placements.

l Any other task/s assigned by the Reporting Manager

**Desired Skill Sets**:
l Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

l Basic proficiency in English.

l Experience in student engagement, data management, and placement coordination.

l Good working knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

l Proven skills in employer tie-ups and career guidance.

l Preferred experience in automotive, higher education, vocational training, or healthcare sectors.

**Experience**:At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in placements or mobilization; experience in the skilling sector is preferred.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹38,671.63 per month

Work Location: In person
