**Basic Qualification**:
1. Experience in IT regulations and implementing control frameworks with strong working knowledge of EBA guidelines and PSD2 framework
2. Strong experience in one or more - Data Security, Network Security, Vulnerability
& Patch Management, Secure Development, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery, Identity and Access Management, DevSecOps
3. Demonstrated experience in designing controls and auditing areas such as cybersecurity, critical payment systems and IT infrastructure (e.g. networks, operating systems and databases)
**Preferred Qualification**:
Demonstrated knowledge of IT audit methodologies
Security certifications (eg. CISSP, CISA, CISM)
Extensive experience working on governance compliance frameworks along with deep understanding of federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, rules, regulations, etc.
**What You'll do**:
1. Assess the existing IT Risk frameworks and technology infrastructure to determine the required controls in response to PSD2 regulatory framework and EBA guidelines
2. Assess compliance requirements to determine deviations from acceptable configurations, policy, or standards, and provide expertise in compliance requirements for internal and external reviews of requirements.
3. Assists with the identification and mitigation of risk posed to the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information systems.
4. Assist in designing the controls and defining the supporting procedures
5. Responsible for various stages of IT Risk assessments including design testing, operating effectiveness and assisting in the evaluation and mitigation of any control issues that may be identified. Develop, conduct and report on operational and compliance audits to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of systems, processes, and controls.
6. Review and assess new proposed IT changes at a holistic level to ensure a comprehensive end-to-end evaluation of financial risk landscape is considered and influence to ensure adequate controls are in place to minimize exposures for the company
7. Research and communicate best practices, identify areas for improvement and provide effective recommendations and sound audit conclusions on compliance frameworks.
