Our new offices will be located in Prahlad Nagar which is a premium locality popularly known as ‘Corporate Road’ that houses various business parks and commercial hubs in Ahmedabad.

We are looking forward to attract professionals within the Record to Report (RTR) domain across all Levels (Associates, Supervisors and Officers) to be part of this exciting journey.

RTR team is responsible for all activities of a particular function in the cycle of Record to Report, including but not limited to payroll processing, accounting GL, accounting & reconciliations, bank reconciliations, asset accounting, accruals accounting, month-end and annual close activities, financial reporting and; taxation compliance.

The team conducts work in accordance with company policies, procedures, and performance excellence expectations

Main Responsibilities:

- Process payroll payments as part of regular pay runs and for terminated employees.
- Prepare and monitor month end/year end accounting closing timeline by interacting with management, other departments, external/internal auditors and other key stakeholders.
- Monthly review of balance sheet and summarize the review points for management with action plan to resolve.
- Guides other accounting staffs by answering questions for proper accounting of transactions.
- Prepare and update of the company finance policy manual, internal accounting procedures and suggest improvements.
- Ensure compliance with international accounting standards related to overall accounting and reporting.
- Prepare financial data for local authorities to meet compliance requirements.
- Perform fixed assets related task as assigned.
- Maintain the company chart of accounts.
- Preparation of reconciliations, schedules on monthly basis for internal review and yearly for audit purpose.
- Liaising with external auditors during the annual closing of financials.
- Other general accounting duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor degree in Business/Accounting/Finance;
- Knowledge on accounting principles and standards (IAS/IFRS);
- Relevant accounting experience;
- Qualified accountant - depending on level;
- Excellent English language communication;
- Proven analytical skills;
- User level knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel;
- ERP knowledge, experience with Oracle is a plus;
- Indirect tax awareness (VAT, WHT, GST, etc.);
- Experience with Lean/6Sigma is a plus.
