Urgentl Required **Office Coordinator For Leading Still Alloy Manyufacturing Company Located At **Haryana

Place of employment - Faridabad, Haryana

Work timing - Monday to Saturday (10 am to 7 pm)

**Job Description -**

1. To follow up with various transporters for transport documents and ensure timely delivery to customers.

2. To mail dispatch detail along with necessary documents to customers.

3. To follow up with customers for payments.

4. To assist sales team in preparing and sending offers to customers as per their requirements.

5. To generate pro forma invoices as per our format.

6. To assist the MD in various day-to-day activities.

**Requirements -**

Experience - 1 to 2 years max.

Expected salary range - Max Up to 17000

**Salary**: ₹8,656.19 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Office Coordinator work: 1 year (required)
- follow up with customers work: 1 year (preferred)
- sales team assist work: 1 year (required)
- MS Office Work: 1 year (required)
- dealing with transporters and Customers work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
