**Roles and Responsibility**

Job Title: UI / UX Designer

Experience: 5-8 Years

Notice period: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Bangalore

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with product managers, business analysts, development teams and stakeholders to understand the project requirements and goals.
- Conduct user research, including user task analysis and usability testing, to gain insights into user behaviour, needs, and pain points.
- Define and develop user personas, user flows, empathy maps and customer journey maps that align with the target audience and business objectives.
- Conceptualize and design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms, considering the unique requirements and regulatory constraints of the targeted industry.
- Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed designs using industry-standard tools such as Figma or Axure for web and mobile platforms
- Ensure the designs adhere to usability best practices, accessibility standards, and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of the designs and provide design support throughout the development lifecycle.
- Conduct design reviews and presentations to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterating designs based on user testing and business requirements.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Solid understanding of user-centred design principles, usability principles, information architecture and interaction design.
- Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Axure, or other relevant software.
- Strong visual design skills with an eye for typography, colour, layout, and attention to detail.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs within project timelines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design decisions to stakeholders and development teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and within a team.
- A portfolio showcasing your extensive experience in UX/UI design.
