Sales Manager /Executive must have good interpersonal skills to deal with clients with different range of background, Ability to work independently. Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills & Go Get it attitude. Open to learn, acquire knowledge on Real estate market - so that they can provide their clients with the information they need to make decisions. Employee to have strong sales skills to enable them to present an influential picture of a property in person and on paper and MS office familiarity.

Role definition

Manager/executive takes care of complete Sales transaction from telecalling, site visit, presentation of project, Handling client query negotiation & closer.

Responsibility deliverable

1. Accompany with clients for property visits.

2. Act as a Bridge between client and the developer.

3. Regular follow ups

4. Co-ordinate with the client & developer for booking

5. Connecting clients with the financial advisers for Housing loan.

Career Development plan

Develop Managerial skills to handle a team of 4 and generate sales from Team to grow into a Sales Manager Role.

Tasks & Activities

Registering client details

Registering Client details in CRM system and with respective developers as well.

Prepare Sales Script

Each conversation with client must have script. Must have in the time of conversation always.

Setting up client Property visit
Set up property visit
Fix a Day, Date, Time to Inspect the proposed property with client.

Accompany with client for Property tour
Accompany with client for Property tour and introduce to sales team, provide complete property details.

Follow Up
Contact prospective clients after paying visit to project in regular interval.

Objection Handling
Take all the objections, summarize and seek time to clarify the objection. Important & Deciding stage.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
