**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Architect and design **AI/ML solutions** to solve complex business challenges across domains.
- Lead the **end-to-end lifecycle** of AI/ML projects - from data ingestion, model development, training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Define **reference architectures, frameworks, and best practices** for AI/ML adoption.
- Collaborate with **data scientists, data engineers, software developers, and stakeholders** to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
- Evaluate and select the right **algorithms, tools, and frameworks** based on project requirements.
- Ensure **scalability, performance, and security** of AI/ML systems in production.
- Drive adoption of **MLOps practices** including CI/CD pipelines, model governance, monitoring, and retraining.
- Stay up to date with **emerging AI/ML trends, research, and technologies** and assess their applicability.
- Provide **technical leadership and mentorship** to AI/ML engineering teams.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- **8+ years** of experience in AI/ML development, with at least **3+ years in an architecture/solution design role**.
- Strong knowledge of **machine learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and generative AI**.
- Proficiency in **Python** and ML/DL libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, etc.).
- Experience with **cloud AI/ML services** (AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI).
- Hands-on expertise in **data engineering and feature engineering**.
- Strong experience with **MLOps tools** (Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).
- Experience with **big data ecosystems** (Spark, Hadoop, Databricks) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of **architectural patterns** (microservices, event-driven, APIs).
- Excellent **problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills**.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Master’s/Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
- Experience working on **enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions**.
- Knowledge of **responsible AI, fairness, explainability, and compliance**.

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
