**Strategic Planning and Leadership**:Developing and implementing strategic plans for the pharmacy program, aligning it with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- **Academic Program Oversight**:Managing the curriculum, ensuring it meets accreditation standards, and promoting innovative teaching methods.
- **Faculty Management**:Overseeing faculty recruitment, development, evaluation, and promotion, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- **Compliance and Accreditation**:Ensuring the institution adheres to all relevant regulations, including those set by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and other bodies.
- **Research and Innovation**:Promoting research initiatives, securing funding opportunities, and encouraging faculty and student participation in research projects.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:Building and maintaining relationships with the pharmaceutical industry, professional organizations, and other relevant stakeholders.
- **Resource Management**:Developing and managing the department's budget, allocating resources effectively, and seeking external funding.
- **Promoting a Positive Learning Environment**:Fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for students and staff, addressing student concerns, and promoting student success.
- **Representation and Advocacy**:Representing the pharmacy school at professional meetings, conferences, and other events.
- **Continuous Improvement**:Ensuring the institution's educational standards and reputation are maintained and continuously improved.

Pay: Up to ₹75,000.00 per month
