**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Content Development**: Create high-quality content, including blog posts, social media posts, videos, and other digital media that align with the company's brand voice and marketing objectives.
- **Social Media Management**: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) to increase engagement and grow our online presence.
- **SEO Optimization**: Utilize SEO best practices to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings for all content.
- **Creative Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team, and other stakeholders to brainstorm and develop content ideas that drive engagement and conversion.
- **Content Calendar Management**: Plan, schedule, and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent content delivery.
- **Audience Engagement**: Engage with our audience through comments, messages, and interactive content, fostering a strong community around our brand.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing techniques, and content best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role. A portfolio of published content is highly desirable.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- **Personal Attributes**: Creative thinker, proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn

Pay: ₹12,687.11 - ₹31,468.67 per month
