**Job Description - Operator Trainer**

**Role**: Operator Trainer

**Location**: Central Training Centre
- Kanchipuram

**Qualification**: ITI or 12th Class with Relevant Experience

**Age**: 35 - 40

**Basic Knowledge of Computer**

For conducting Operator Training on Excavators

**Behavioural Competencies**:
Should have good interpersonal skill and a passion for training

**Areas of Exposure / Work Background**:
Having sound knowledge & exposure on excavator operation at different job sites and conditions.

**Purpose of the position**:
To carry out Excavator operator training for customers at job sites. Machine demo and fuel consumption and energy saving programmes. To conduct Operator Pool creation training and IESC certification programmes

**JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To conduct training on Hydraulic excavators ( both Construction and Mining) at Kanchipuram and at customer job sites. Train Operators to create Operator pool under our CSR effort.
- To take care of excavators with CTC at Kanchipuram
- Department Activities: (Brief description of the department)
- PSD's Bahadurgarh Service Centre caters to the repair / overhauling needs for the range of CE / ME and their components, both throughout the life cycle of the machine working in the Northern India
