**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct primary and secondary research aligned with project goals.
- Develop research tools (Baseline/Endline forms, M&E frameworks, reports, etc.).
- Draft and present research reports to stakeholders.
- Support program implementation with research-based insights.
- Participate in relevant events, seminars, and capacity-building forums.
- Facilitate training sessions for educators and community stakeholders.
- Coordinate with partners, field staff, and implementation teams.
- Maintain effective project documentation and reporting.
- Regularly use MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Workspace for project tasks.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of relevant experience in research, preferably in the social development or non-profit sector.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Knowledge and interest in ethics education, social-emotional learning, or related areas is a plus.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and collaborative team player.
- Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines and work independently.

**Educational Qualifications**:
Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Education, Management or other relevant social science disciplines with a focus on research and analysis.
