Job Description: BIM Architect

**Location**: Hyderabad, Madhapur
**Experience**: 4+ Years

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **BIM Strategy Development**: Assist in the development and implementation of BIM strategies, standards, and protocols for various projects.
- **Model Creation and Maintenance**: Support the creation and maintenance of BIM models, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate BIM processes into project workflows.
- **Support and Training**: Provide support and training to project teams on BIM-related tasks and software usage.
- **BIM Execution Plans**: Assist in the preparation of BIM execution plans and deliverables for various projects.
- **Documentation Management**: Maintain BIM documentation, including project templates, libraries, and standards.
- **File Coordination**: Experience in coordinating architecture, MEP, and structural files.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of professional experience in BIM management or a related role.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and other relevant tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in structural design and coordination.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in BIM.
