**Job Summary**:
As a CPV Field Officer, you will be responsible for conducting contact point verification visits to various locations including residences, offices, and business premises as per the requirements outlined by our clients. You will play a crucial role in verifying the authenticity of information provided by individuals or businesses, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company protocols.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Verification Visits**: Conduct physical verification visits to assigned locations as per the schedule provided by the team leader or supervisor.
- **Residential Verification**: Verify the residential address provided by individuals by visiting their homes and confirming their identity through personal interaction and document verification.
- **Office/Business Premises Verification**: Visit designated offices or business premises to verify their existence, authenticity, and operational status.
- **Document Verification**: Verify identity proofs, address proofs, business documents, bank statements, and other relevant documents submitted by individuals or businesses.
- **Information Gathering**: Gather accurate and relevant information through interviews, conversations, and interactions with residents, neighbors, employers, or other relevant parties.
- **Timely Reporting**: Submit comprehensive verification reports and documentation within the specified timelines as per firm guidelines.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, as well as firm policies and procedures, while conducting verification activities.
- **Communication**: Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients to provide updates on verification progress, share findings, and address any issues or concerns.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum educational qualification: Graduate
- Previous experience in field verification, contact point verification, or related roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with verification processes, document authentication, and KYC norms is an advantage.
- Basic computer skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned geographical area.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:
