**Job Role & Responsibilities**:

- Pickup and deliver company products safely and on time.
- Follow assigned routes, schedules, and delivery instructions.
- Ensure proper handling and safety of products during transit.
- Collect cash or digital payments (if applicable) and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain delivery logs and update the team on delivery status.
- Communicate with customers politely and professionally.
- Report any delivery delays, vehicle issues, or product damages immediately.
- Follow all traffic and safety regulations while on duty.

**Job Requirements**:
**Qualification**: Minimum 10th pass or equivalent.
**Experience**: Prior delivery experience preferred but not mandatory.
**License**: Valid [Two/Four-Wheeler] driving license.
**Skills**:

- Good knowledge of local routes and navigation apps.
- Basic customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to handle lightweight to moderate packages.
- Punctual, responsible, and physically fit for delivery tasks.
