Job Summary:
As an entry-level Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of the company. This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with limited professional experience who are eager to learn and grow within the field of accounting. The Account Executive will work closely with senior members of the finance team to perform various tasks related to financial record-keeping, analysis, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Financial Record Keeping**:

- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Input financial data into accounting software and databases.
- Ensure compliance with established accounting principles and company policies.
- **Accounts Payable and Receivable**:

- Support the processing of invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Verify and reconcile discrepancies in financial documents.
- Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve payment-related issues.
- **Bank Reconciliation**:

- Assist in reconciling bank statements with company accounts.
- Identify and rectify discrepancies to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- **Financial Reporting**:

- Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and summaries.
- Compile data for budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- **Assistance in Auditing**:

- Support the auditing process by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Collaborate with auditors to address queries and ensure compliance.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
