**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a Visual Designer to join our dynamic team in the design industry. As a Visual Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually impactful designs that tell stories and communicate messages effectively. You will also be working closely with other designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure that every design is aligned with the needs and requirements. If you are a creative thinker who loves to think outside the box, we would love to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Create visually striking designs for digital media.
- Collaborate closely with other designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure that the design meets our needs and requirements.
- Conduct research, conceptualize, and present design ideas to our team.
- Work with design software to produce high-quality designs that are optimized for the web.
- Manage design projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the quality of the design output.

**Requirements**:

- A degree in graphic design or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in visual design, graphic design and UI.
- Worked in cross-functional environment UI & marketing
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
- Strong design portfolio demonstrating a range of design capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to produce effective and compelling designs.
- Understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

**Salary Range: 6 LPA- 8 LPA**

**Location: Bangalore (Koramangala - 8th Block)**

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
