**Job Title**: Data Entry & Billing Assistant (Fresher/Experienced) - Immediate Hiring

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform accurate data entry tasks, including entering customer and product details into the system.
- Generate invoices and manage billing procedures for pharmaceutical transactions.
- Assist in maintaining organized records of transactions, inventory, and payments.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, document management, and updating databases.
- Ensure that all documentation follows company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate with internal departments to verify and clarify information as needed.
- Meet deadlines and ensure accuracy in all entries.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in **MS Excel** and familiarity with other MS Office tools.
- Strong typing skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of billing procedures is an advantage.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
