**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Preparing the daily team performance report for analysis post collating the data submitted by the team.
- Gather, collate and organize various databases to ensure timely and accurate MIS.
- Manage various processes wrt doctor’s payout, sales team performance and any other details as required by the SMC.
- Maintaining the data wrt daily IP / OP patient admitted / visiting the hospital.
- Managing and maintaining Doctors database and patient payout.
- Reverting to queries raised by the Doctors.
- Coordinating between team & interdepartmental.
- Conducted daily, weekly, fortnightly, and monthly data reconciliation in collaboration with the Marketing team to ensure accuracy and alignment.
- Providing any other data as required by the HOD / SMC.
- Prepared discharge payout data and coordinated with Marketing and Accounts teams for final chart/report compilation.
- Actively participated in process enhancement and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- To be part of the Quality Improvement Initiative and protocols of the organization.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
