Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end procurement process including vendor selection, negotiations, and purchase order creation.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communications, inquiries, and issue resolution.
- Monitor market trends to identify potential vendors and cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in preparing procurement reports, budget tracking, and cost analysis.
- Work closely with internal teams to understand procurement needs and align with project requirements.
- Participate in vendor evaluation and performance reviews.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience in procurement and client relationship management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience with procurement software and CRM tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
