**Job Description**:

- We are seeking a highly skilled MySQL Database Administrator (DBA) to manage our growing database infrastructure.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the health and performance of our MySQL databases, implementing best practices for data backup and recovery, and ensuring the security and integrity of our data.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain our MySQL databases, ensuring their availability, reliability, and performance. Optimize database performance by tuning queries, monitoring resource usage, and analyzing performance metrics. Implement best practices for data backup and recovery, including disaster recovery planning. Monitor database activity to detect and resolve performance issues, security vulnerabilities, and other problems.

Qualifications:

- 2-3 years of experience as a MySQL Database Administrator or a related role. In-depth knowledge of MySQL database architecture, design, and administration. Strong experience in database performance tuning and optimization.

Experience with database backup and recovery strategies and disaster recovery planning. Knowledge of database security and best practices for data protection. Familiarity with scripting languages such as SQL for MIS Reports. Excellent problem-solving and analytical

skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
